Infinix Solar Energy (“Infinix Solar”, “we”, “us” or “our”) supplies hybrid solar inverters and lithium batteries. This policy explains how we handle personal information connected with https://infinixsolar.com/, sales inquiries and related customer communications.

2Information we collect

When you contact us, you may provide your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, city, business or customer category, product requirements and message. Email is optional in our website inquiry form.

For a relevant order or support request, you may also provide a delivery address, invoice, product serial number, warranty information, photographs, appliance details or an electricity bill. Please provide only information needed for your request and remove unrelated personal details from documents. Do not send passwords, banking PINs or verification codes.

Website services may process technical information such as browser and device details, IP address, pages visited and interactions, depending on their configuration.

3Website inquiries and WhatsApp

Our current inquiry form prepares your message and opens WhatsApp with the details pre-filled. Those details are passed to WhatsApp when the link opens. You must send the message within WhatsApp for our team to receive your inquiry.

The current form does not submit your entered inquiry to a website form database. This does not mean that website measurement services process no information. Once you send your message, we handle it through our business communications. Customer inquiry records are maintained in WhatsApp and Excel.

4How we use information

We use information relevant to your request to respond to inquiries, provide product guidance and quotations, discuss dealer requirements, arrange orders or delivery, and assist with technical or warranty support.

We also use customer contact information for promotional calls and messages about offers and products. To request that we stop promotional communications, contact info@infinixsolar.com or tell the team contacting you. A privacy policy does not itself constitute your permission to receive marketing.

5Google services, cookies and website tools

Our website is connected to Google Analytics and Google Ads for website measurement and advertising. These services may use cookies or similar technology to process website activity and technical information, depending on their settings.

The website also uses LiteSpeed caching technology and an Elementor accessibility widget. These tools support website performance and accessibility and may use browser storage or process technical information as configured.

The website currently has no cookie consent popup. The absence of a popup does not mean that cookies or tracking are disabled.

6Information sharing

We share relevant customer information with dealers or transport/builty providers when needed for the customer’s request or parcel delivery, after obtaining the customer’s permission. The information shared depends on the task, such as contact details and a delivery address.

Website and communication providers, including Google, Elementor and WhatsApp, may process technical or communications information as part of their services. Customer permission for dealer or parcel sharing should not be confused with permission for website tracking. Some third-party services may process information outside Pakistan under their own terms and privacy policies.

7Retention and access

We generally keep routine customer inquiry records in WhatsApp and Excel for approximately one to two months. This period describes our own inquiry records; it does not set the retention periods of Google, WhatsApp or other service providers.

Website administration is restricted to the administrator. Employees use separately assigned business phone numbers to communicate with customers. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8Your requests

You can contact info@infinixsolar.com with a privacy question or to request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold about you. You can also request that promotional calls and messages stop. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.

Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We will explain any applicable reason we cannot fulfil a request in full.

9External links and monitoring apps

Our website links to external services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies. Separate inverter-monitoring apps are not covered by this website policy; review the privacy policy of the particular app you use.
