Solar Load Calculator for Pakistan
Add the appliances in your home, shop or office. The calculator works out your total load, daily units, solar panels and battery backup, and suggests the right Infinix inverter for you.
Your appliances
Set how many of each appliance you use. Watts are typical values; change them to match the label on your appliance. Tick Backup for anything that must run during load shedding.
How to use the solar load calculator
Pick a category, then use the + and − buttons to add each appliance you own. Enter how many hours a day you use it. Tick Backup for appliances you want to keep running during load shedding, such as lights, fans, the fridge and the Wi-Fi router. The results update instantly.
How the calculator works
| Result | How we calculate it |
|---|---|
| Running load | Watts × quantity of appliances used for more than 2 hours a day, plus the biggest short-use appliance (like an iron or kettle), since short-use items rarely run together |
| Starting surge | Motors in ACs, fridges and pumps draw extra power when they start. We add the start-up surge of your largest motor. |
| Recommended inverter | Running load plus about 15% headroom, and enough to handle the start-up surge |
| Daily units (kWh) | Watts × quantity × hours per day ÷ 1000 |
| Solar panels | Daily units ÷ (peak sun hours × 0.8 for real-world losses) |
| Battery | Backup load × backup hours ÷ (0.9 usable × 0.9 efficiency), shown as 5kWh Infinix LiFePO4 batteries |

Frequently asked questions
How do I calculate my solar load?
Add the watts of every appliance you run at the same time to get your running load. Multiply each appliance’s watts by its hours per day to get daily energy. This calculator does both for you.
What size inverter do I need for 2 ACs?
Two 1.5-ton inverter ACs with normal home loads usually need a 6kW inverter. Add both ACs in the calculator to see the exact suggestion.
How many solar panels do I need?
It depends on your daily units and the sun hours in your city. The calculator shows an estimate in kW and in number of 585W panels.
Is this calculator accurate?
It uses typical appliance ratings and standard sizing rules. For an exact design, send your results and electricity bill to our team on WhatsApp.
