- A 6kW hybrid inverter suits most family homes with 1 or 2 inverter ACs.
- Price depends on PV input, battery support, Wi-Fi, IP rating and warranty, not just the “6kW” label.
- Infinix offers the Empire V III Twin 6kW, Recon V4 Twin 6kW and Everon 6.6kW.

If you search for solar in Pakistan, one size comes up again and again: 6kW. It is big enough for a normal family home and still affordable for most budgets. But two 6kW inverters can have very different prices. This guide explains why, in simple words.
What can a 6kW inverter run?
A 6kW inverter can supply up to about 6,000 watts at the same time. In a typical home that can cover:
- Lights, fans, TV, router and phone chargers
- A fridge and a washing machine
- One or two 1-ton or 1.5-ton inverter ACs (not all heavy loads at once)
- A water pump at a different time from the ACs
If you want to run three or more ACs together, look at 8kW to 12kW instead.
What changes the price of a 6kW inverter?
| Feature | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Maximum PV input | Higher PV input lets you connect more panels and charge faster on hazy days. |
| Hybrid or on-grid | Hybrid models keep working in load shedding. On-grid models switch off when the grid goes. |
| Battery support | Lithium (LiFePO4) support with BMS communication adds value and safety. |
| Wi-Fi monitoring | Lets you see solar production and battery level on your phone. |
| Parallel option | Lets you add a second inverter later as your load grows. |
| Warranty and service | A local warranty and service team saves money and stress later. |

Frequently asked questions
Is a 6kW inverter enough for a 10 marla house?
For many 10 marla homes with one or two inverter ACs, yes. If you run more ACs together, consider 8kW to 10kW.
How many solar panels do I need for a 6kW inverter?
It depends on panel wattage and the inverter’s PV limit. With modern 580W to 600W panels, around 10 to 12 panels is common. Our team will match it to your inverter.
Can a 6kW inverter run without a battery?
Some models can. The Infinix Recon V4 Twin 6kW is designed to work with or without a battery.
